Wild Soul Festival 2026, Palisades Tahoe's Weekend of Movement and Music

Palisades Tahoe has plenty of summer ways to burn energy, but Wild Soul Festival slows the weekend down a notch. From July 10 to 12, The Village leans into movement, music, workshops, and a little mountain-air reset for anyone who wants their Tahoe weekend to include more stretching and less scrolling.
Wild Soul Festival, formerly known as the Wild Lotus Yoga Festival, rebranded for 2026 under the theme Wild Within. The weekend blends yoga and movement classes, workshops, educational talks, meditation, and live music, set against the backdrop of Olympic Valley's granite peaks.
It is a weekend of programming spread across the Village, so the actual day-by-day schedule, presenter lineup, and ticket options are worth pulling straight from the official site before you plan your weekend around it.
Where: The Village at Palisades Tahoe, Olympic Valley, CA
When: Friday, July 10 through Sunday, July 12, 2026
Cost: Tickets and passes vary by day and experience. Check the official Wild Soul Festival site for the current schedule and pricing.
More Ways to Reset Around Palisades and North Tahoe
If Wild Soul Festival has you thinking about a bigger Olympic Valley weekend, or you'd rather spend your time on a trail or the water instead of a yoga mat, there's plenty else going on nearby.
Washoe Cultural Talks at High Camp, Palisades Tahoe
High Camp hosts a Washoe Cultural Talk this same weekend, where members of the Washoe Tribe share history, land knowledge, and stories tied to Olympic Valley and the surrounding Sierra. It's a worthwhile stop if you're already riding up to High Camp, and it stands entirely on its own as a way to learn about the people whose homeland this is.
Where: High Camp, Palisades Tahoe, Olympic Valley, CA
When: July 10 and July 17, 2026, 10 to 11 AM
Cost: The talk is listed as free. Registration is strongly recommended, and High Camp access details apply, so check Palisades Tahoe's site for current tram and access guidance before you go.
Tahoe Via Ferrata, Palisades Tahoe / Olympic Valley
For something more physical, Tahoe Via Ferrata runs guided climbs up the Tram Face using a protected cable system, no climbing background required. It's been running daily trips for the 2026 season since early May, weather permitting.
Where: Palisades Tahoe, Olympic Valley, CA
When: Daily through the summer season, weather permitting
Cost: Tours are priced by length. Check Tahoe Via Ferrata guided climbs for current rates and availability.
Tahoe Adventure Company Sunset Kayak Tours, Tahoe Vista
On the water side, Tahoe Adventure Company runs guided sunset kayak tours out of Tahoe Vista, timed to the evening light rather than a fixed clock.
Where: Tahoe Vista Recreation Area, Tahoe Vista, CA
When: Daily, May through October, weather permitting, timing varies with sunset
Cost: Ticketed tour. Check Tahoe Adventure Company for current pricing.
Practical Notes
Wild Soul Festival programming is spread across the Village and, in some cases, up at High Camp, so give yourself time to get oriented once you're there. High Camp access details apply for the Washoe Cultural Talks, so check Palisades Tahoe's site on access and timing before you plan around it. Mountain weather changes fast in July, so pack layers no matter which of these you choose.
North Tahoe Has a Summer Side
Weekends like this are proof that Olympic Valley and North Tahoe do not go quiet once the lifts stop turning. Summer here has its own rhythm: festivals, trails, music, movement, and easy access to the mountains without making a production out of it. If you are curious what living near Palisades or elsewhere in North Tahoe looks like beyond the powder days, I am happy to talk through the real tradeoffs.
