Once this September’s run of amphitheatre shows wraps, it goes dark until next summer, at least as the currently published schedule stands, and the three artists featured here cover real range: a Sunday that is already sold out, a two-night country stand with a second date added by popular demand after the first sold well, and a headliner closing the season on a Saturday in the back half of the month. Between the three of them, that is four nights to choose from, spread across three different weeks, so there is no reason to squeeze in more than one unless your calendar genuinely allows it. Here is what each night actually looks like and what is worth knowing before you go.

The Lake Tahoe Amphitheatre at Caesars Republic hosts its last run of outdoor shows this month before the season winds down.
Zach Top brings his Cold Beer & Country Music Fall Tour to the Lake Tahoe Amphitheatre at Caesars Republic, the venue most locals still call the old Harveys outdoor arena, on Friday, September 11, and Saturday, September 12. The reigning CMA New Artist of the Year built his sound on 80s and 90s country, heavy on steel guitar and fiddle over a straightforward, dance-floor beat rather than the more produced sound that dominates a lot of current country radio. Both dates currently share the same billing, opener, venue, and posted schedule, with Wyatt McCubbin opening both nights.
The second night is not a scheduling coincidence. Another Planet Entertainment, the venue’s promoter, lists September 12 as a second show added by popular demand after the first date sold well. Practically, that gives you two useful things: a real second option if Friday sells through before you decide, and one less decision to make, since both dates are currently booked the same way. If you are choosing based on your week rather than the music, Friday sets up a normal weekend after, and Saturday gives you Sunday to recover instead.

Zach Top is not the only reason to be looking at this venue in September. Country carries three of the four concert nights, but the sound is not identical. Zach Top leans traditional, fiddle and steel guitar over a dance-floor beat. Bailey Zimmerman runs hotter and more radio-modern, closer to arena rock with a country accent. Jack Johnson is the outlier of the run, an acoustic, surf-and-porch sound built for a mellow evening rather than a rowdy one, which is likely part of why it sold out first. All four concert nights happen at the same venue under the same rules, so once you know the bag policy and parking situation for one night, you know it for all four.

Bailey Zimmerman wraps up the run on Saturday, September 19, the same Saturday as Tahoe City Oktoberfest across the lake, so it is worth picking a side of your evening early if you were already planning around that one. His gritty, radio-ready country has made him one of the format’s fastest-rising names, and this is the amphitheatre’s last confirmed headline date before the season turns. No opener is currently listed on the official Tahoe event page, so check back closer to the date if a full lineup matters to your plans.

Before You Go
Every one of these shows requires a ticket regardless of age, and children under four are discouraged since none of these three are built for kids. The bag policy is specific: bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC, or a small clutch or wallet no larger than 4.5 by 6.5 inches. Backpacks and other non-clear bags are not permitted and may be directed to a paid storage locker. Separately, an empty hydration pack up to two liters is allowed.
Parking is available on site at Caesars Republic. The box office opens three hours before showtime on the night of the show, and will call is located to the left of the main entry if you are picking up tickets there.
